1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://worldbestshares.com and all its pages, lists, calculators and guides (together, the "Site"), operated by WorldBest Shares ("we", "us"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site in connection with any investment activity.

2. Educational content; no advice, no advisory relationship

The Site publishes educational and informational research aggregation only. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment advisor, research analyst, stock broker or in any other capacity. Nothing on the Site:

• constitutes investment, financial, legal or tax advice;
• is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or financial product;
• creates any advisory, fiduciary or client relationship between you and us; or
• contains price targets or assured-return claims — we publish none, anywhere.

Investments in securities are subject to market risk, including the possible loss of principal. Before making any investment decision, consult a qualified, SEBI-registered financial advisor and read all scheme/issuer documents carefully.

3. Data accuracy & timeliness

Market figures on the Site (prices, ratios, yields, returns, index levels) are approximate, aggregated from cited public sources, refreshed periodically — not in real time — and clearly labelled with a "Data as of" date stamp. Sources sometimes conflict; our reconciliation choices are documented on the About page. While we work carefully, we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current at the moment you read it. Always re-verify on the NSE/BSE or your broker's platform before acting. If you find an error, please report it.

4. Calculators

The SIP, CAGR and lumpsum calculators are illustrative tools that compute projections from your own assumed rates of return. They do not account for taxes, fees, inflation, or the variability of real market returns, and an assumed rate is not a prediction. Calculator outputs are not advice and must not be treated as a promise of any outcome. Inputs are processed entirely in your browser and are not transmitted to us.

5. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site — text, list curation and commentary, page design, logo and code — is owned by WorldBest Shares and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable laws. Company names, tickers and trademarks (e.g. "Reliance Industries", "HDFC Bank") belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts with a credit and a link to the source page. You may not republish whole lists or articles, remove disclaimers or date stamps from quoted material, or use our content to train or ground a commercial product without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download Site content or the data files behind it beyond what robots.txt permits for search indexing;
• frame or mirror the Site, or misrepresent its content as carrying recommendations or price targets that it does not contain;
• imply that we endorse any product, broker, advisory service or "tip" — we endorse none;
• interfere with the Site's operation, probe or test its infrastructure, or introduce malicious code; or
• use the Site in violation of applicable law, including SEBI regulations on investment advice and securities-market conduct.

7. Advertising & affiliate links

The Site displays third-party advertising and contains clearly marked broker affiliate links that may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you (full disclosure in the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer). Advertisers and affiliate partners have no influence over editorial content. Your dealings with any advertiser or broker — including account opening, KYC and payments — are solely between you and them; verify any broker's SEBI registration before opening an account.

8. Third-party sites & sources

The Site links to external resources (NSE, BSE, SEBI, screener.in, broker research, news publishers) so you can verify our figures. We do not control those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices. A link is a citation, not an endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, timeliness, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation. No oral or written information obtained from the Site creates any warranty.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorldBest Shares and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages — including trading or investment losses, lost profits, or loss of data — arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, reliance on any content, calculator output or linked resource, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to ₹1,000 or the minimum amount permitted by law, whichever is greater. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldBest Shares and its operators from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or its content, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions, the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the Site, with the parties attempting good-faith resolution by correspondence first.

13. General provisions

• Changes. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and its "Last updated" date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
• Availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
